Cách chăm sóc mắt sau cắt mí an toàn hiệu quả ngay tại nhà

Sau khi kết thúc quá trình cắt mí mắt, đôi mắt của bạn trở nên bầm tím, sưng lên do thuốc gây tê bắt đầu hết tác dụng. Lúc này bạn cần thực hiện:

• Chuẩn bị vài viên đá lạnh cùng với đó là miếng vải khô sạch

• Chườm đá xung quanh vùng mắt, tránh để mắt tiếp xúc trực tiếp với nước

• Thực hiện liên tục trong vòng 3-5 ngày như vậy tới khi hết sưng và bầm tím

Nếu sau khoảng thời gian trên mà mắt vẫn có những dấu hiệu đấy thì bạn nên tới ngay các bệnh viện gần nhất hoặc các trung tâm cơ sở thẩm mỹ để được bác sĩ tư vấn và kê đơn thuốc giảm đau hỗ trợ thêm.

Ngoài việc phải chườm đá ra, thời gian chăm sóc hậu phẫu bạn cũng nên lưu ý tới những vấn đề sau:

• Vệ sinh đôi mắt thường xuyên hàng ngày bằng nước sạch, nên sử dụng bông tẩy trang để loại bỏ bụi bẩn một cách nhẹ nhàng.

• Hạn chế vận động mạnh hoặc tham gia các môn thể thao yêu cầu thể chất hay va chạm nhiều, thay vào đó lựa chọn cho mình những bài tập nhẹ nhàng, vừa giúp nâng cao sức khỏe, vừa giúp cơ thể khỏe mạnh tinh thần sảng khoái.

• Không làm việc nhiều với điện thoại, máy tính trong cường độ dài. Hãy phân bổ công việc và nghỉ ngơi điều độ để giúp mắt thư giãn, tránh bị căng thẳng và làm việc quá tải khiến đôi mắt trở nên đau nhức, khó chịu.

• Chú ý tới chế độ dinh dưỡng, tăng cường bổ sung nhiều chất đạm và vitamin để giúp cơ thể mau hồi phục. Ăn nhiều rau xanh và hoa quả để tăng cường sức đề kháng.

• Ngoài ra cần tránh sử dụng chất kích thích hay các thực phẩm cay nóng, đồ ăn chiên xào nhiều dầu mỡ, hay các thực phẩm dễ gây mưng mủ, sẹo lồi như: đồ nếp, rau muống, hải sản, thịt bò
